The Frontier

A surprisingly large city built on the Pacific Ocean as a hub for Duelists to reside in while within close proximity to the tower. It's considered a high quality tourism spot for the non-Awakened and many of the world's most popular brands and chains expanded to this place for obvious reasons. In order to live here one must be at least a C-Rank Duelist, be at least 18 years old, and have the ability to speak fluent english regardless of their place of origin. Citizenship is mandatory unless the Duelist has been deemed unfit to participate in the climb for various reasons such as a crippling disability. Because of the nature of the Frontier's citizen, it is highly guarded with top grade equipment for human extermination.
